Within each team, a dedicated project manager is assigned and responsible for ensuring each project is successfully moving forward; keeping on schedule and staying within budget. The project managers work jointly with the team of designers, architects, and client teams to drive the project; developing, documenting and implementing the design. Schedules are checked regularly to assure all deadlines are being met, status reports are sent regularly to communicate effectively across all teams, and deliverables are checked against scope documents to assure all requirements are being fulfilled. Studio 11 Design has the unique ability to practice a 100% hands-on approach with each and every project. Additionally, our principals maintain a high level of involvement in, and commitment to, each of our projects. In addition, Studio 11 Design offers in-house designers that specialize in three-dimensional rendering, brand identity development, art curation, and procurement.
