Lodging Concepts Manufacturing was created out of necessity. After a boom in the hotel industry, desire for brand-approved contract furniture at lower cost became a demand-driven opportunity. Ceasing this opportunity, Lodging Concepts Manufacturing was born.
LCM did not stop there. As any hotel owner or designer would know, the importance of quality control is an essential part of producing the best quality product. In order to gain control of every aspect of production, LCM decided to invest in two manufacturing facilities in Surabaya, Indonesia, and the second in City of Industry, CA, dually obtaining lowered cost in product, which they could then pass on to the customer.

With a mission to perfect the buyer’s experience, Lodging Concepts Manufacturing has recruited management and sales representatives with extensive knowledge in contract furniture and hotel operations. Many have been in the hotel business for over 25 years.

We are happy to say that after factory expansions, Lodging Concepts is forecasted for continued growth, as owners, designers and procurement companies continue to look for more cost effective and creative solutions to accommodate their bottom line.
