PTY Custom Lighting

Custom Lighting has been a dream of ours since we entered the lighting industry over 35 years ago creating Arc Lamps for our very first family owned & operated business. As immigrants from Cuba we have worked hard to make the most of our opportunities by creating, developing, and selling residential lighting throughout the United States. Over time we have pivoted, expanded, and adjusted our capabilities by investing in our own factory and expanding our product offerings. It was at this time we really hit our stride and began creating product lines for reputable brands such as Costco, Bob’s Discount Furniture, & Rooms to Go.

From there the beginning of PTY Custom Lighting’s journey started in 2011. Having all our previous experience and knowledge of the industry, we began traveling to Panama frequently and landed in Tocumen International Airport (PTY). As we traveled throughout Panama it was apparent the hospitality industry was flourishing. Who wouldn’t notice multiple cranes throughout the Panama City’s skyline?

Slowly we began to see the growth in the region and realized many projects lacked the proper guidance when it came to decorative lighting. When it comes to boutique hotels & resorts uniqueness is paramount but without the proper guidance can be a headache to create & expensive to fix if mistakes arise. It was here the idea for PTY Custom Lighting sprouted. Fast forward 9 years later and it has flourished into international recognition and delivering projects worldwide. Here is to the next 9 years and where we go together.
