Founded By Claudia Gerster
Claudia has over 25 years of experience working in community development programming, interior design and construction. Her experience spans all facets of the industry, including master planned communities, multifamily, mixed-use, resort/recreational, hospitality and education.

Prior to founding Creative License, Claudia led the efforts of two companies providing international retail, residential and hospitality environments. She has designed and overseen the creative development of projects throughout the continental U.S., Hawaii, Caribbean Islands, Mexico, India and Dubai.

With an education in both Fine Art and Interior Design, Claudia has the rare distinction of being an Interior Designer who holds a Real Estate license and has sold resort, fractional and single-family residences. She understands how to bring target markets and current trends together with community planning to develop a strategic approach to programming and designing highly successful environments.

Claudia formed Creative License in 2008 as a “Boutique Design Firm”, bringing together multigenerational experienced professionals including talented interior designers, architects, graphic artists, millwork craftsmen and procurement specialists to provide a personalized and hands-on approach to business. Her mission is to take “Creative License” and color outside the lines to provide unique, highly innovative and memorable spaces.
