Having specialized in restaurant design since 1969, we understand the nuances of operational flow, efficiency, and cohesiveness where larger, more generalized design firms may fall short. We work to provide each client with a wide range of unique, innovative, and inspired interior concepts and work closely with chefs in the initial design phases to be sure we understand how they need the equipment and layout to work with their program.

HDG has been consistently named a “Rising Giant” by Interior Design Magazine for our continued growth and design contribution to the hospitality industry. In addition to developing well-known concepts for the uber successful Ruby’s Diner, Lucille’s Bar-B-Que, and Cheesecake Factory (second location), HDG has been awarded the Nation’s Restaurant News “Hot Concepts Award” for the design of King’s Fish House and Lazy Dog Cafe.
