Over the course of 25 plus years, our name has evolved, locations have come and gone, but our focus has remained the same. It is our goal as a company to help our clients and our team members turn ideas into successful reality. While success can be measured in many ways we define success as outcomes that provide economic, professional, and personal growth for our clients, their team members and our own team members. We provide a broad range of architectural, engineering and interior design services for commercial projects and public sector projects.

Our primary areas of focus is in the design of hotels, resorts, restaurants, conference centers, recreational facilities, and entertainment venues. We are recognized providers of professional services for brands such as Marriott, Margaritaville, Hilton, IHG, Choice, and Wyndham. Our project experience is predominantly in the focused service arena but also includes a variety of independent, luxury, and mixed use developments.

We operate on a national and international basis with the bulk of our work located in the continental US. Projects include new construction, repositioning, adaptive reuse, PIP’s, and non-directed renovations. Project sizes range from approximately $100,000 to $100,000,000 with most projects averaging at about $10M in construction cost.

Additional areas of project expertise include multi-family housing, educational facilities, retail developments and tenant improvements and smaller government projects.
