Rolling Hills Hospitality was founded in 2005 by Bimal V. Patel after he spent time learning from some of the best companies in the hotel and food business. From wide-ranging experiences with Winegardner & Hammons hotels, Fazolis restaurants, and the Home-Towne Suites extended-stay chain, Bimal created Rolling Hills Hospitality to embody high operational standards while achieving a simplicity that can be applied to any business model.
