Our design journey unfolds across multiple process steps allowing deep engagement with key stakeholders and contributors.

Every project starts with a collaborative workshop with the key stakeholders to deep dive into an immersive discovery phase, to unearth the project’s visionary goals and to define the challenges. This process creates a Design Vision that establishes the core foundations that will carry the project through its final stages.

We approach design both spatially and experientially. The planning process not only establishs relationships between the functions, but also create a spatial flow that reinforces the concept. From the Design Vision, we will further define the look and feel and the operational goals for the project. Ultimately, the goal of a hospitality project is to create a space that makes people comfortable, excited, and provides spaces that are activated with unique experiences responding to users needs. Every design is hand crafted to meet the unique challenges that is at the core of every project.

Our integrated process explores solutions three dimensionally throughout the design phase, allowing efficient and effective transition to the documentation phase. We offer full interior design documentation packages, including, but not limited to, plans, elevations, millwork detail drawings, finish selections and specification, and an FF+E specification package. We work closely with required consultants such as lighting designer, MEP consultants, graphic designers and landscape architect to coordinate projects for successful delivery.

During construction phase, we review submittals, shop drawings and visit construction site to ensure proper progress. We value collaborative effort of the entire construction teams, and work closely to solve any challenges that may arise during construction.
