The firm is mainly focused on the design of exclusive homes, shops and resorts in Italy and around the world.

In 2008 he won the competition for the construction of the masterplan of Segrate, Milan.

After following the Gianni Versace, Aldo Coppola and Liberty of London brands as an architecture consultant, the Studio is currently in charge of the artistic direction of the Slowear group for which it has recently created showrooms and shops in Paris, London, Tokyo and Seoul. He is currently involved in the construction of a new residential building with a service volume in the historic center of Milan, of prestigious villas and apartments. The firm also takes care of the image of Colefax and Fowler and Linea più, a company that operates in the renewable energy market, for which it designed the concept and the new commercial offices.

The firm also investigated the topic of quality design with the prefabricated wooden construction system.

He also created Reloaded, a line of furnishings inspired by the great Italian masters of the postwar period reinterpreted with contemporary materiality.
The minimal approach to the project is always contaminated by chromatic and graphic suggestions inspired by the context.

Each intervention is followed in all phases of realization, from the development of the interior to the custom design of the furnishings. The search for new materials and new construction techniques becomes a continuous stimulus for the realization of unique projects. The interiors created are always enriched by stylistic contaminations and careful material choices, which define their personality.

Carlo Donati has been invited to lectures at the Politecnico di Milano and refresher courses for architects on interior design and residential projects.
The firm’s projects have been the subject of interest from the international press and have been published in the most influential interior magazines and volumes of architecture in Italy and abroad.
