Molly founded Key & Commons (formerly MLP Hospitality) in 2011 to bring quality products and services to interior designers for California’s high-end hospitality and residential industries. She has consulted on a variety of upscale projects including the Balboa Bay Club, Paséa Hotel & Spa, Planet Hollywood Las Vegas Resort & Casino, and Hilton Waterfront Beach Resort.

Having worked on both the creative and sales sides of the industry for more than a decade, Molly is an expert at multi-line sales and sales management. She brings passion and a fresh, informed set of eyes to every project — and she has a knack for prioritizing, problem-solving, and completing projects within budget and on time.

Prior to starting Key & Commons, Molly worked with hotels, developers and architectural interior design communities across the United States, including Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group, Fairmont Hotels, and Kimpton Hotels. Her ability to cultivate lasting relationships has enabled her to build a robust network of respected contacts. When a design opportunity or problem arises, she knows exactly who to call.
