Suss Cousins and Judy Pokonosky met in the knit industry 20 years ago and founded bläanks in early 2017. Suss is a knit industry expert and author of 7 technical knitting books, while Judy brings years of global commercial production expertise to the partnership. the founders have merged their collective vision, bringing high-quality custom knits to a variety of clients thru bläanks. While the partners share design and manufacturing duties, Suss focuses on the technical aspects and Judy leads business development.
