Starting from humble roots in 1997, this boutique design, architecture, and procurement firm has grown to become far more impactful and meaningful than we ever imagined. (More on that below in About Our Brand).

Today we are headquartered in a beautiful and modern facility in Colleyville, Texas, just a stone’s throw from the cities of Dallas and Ft. Worth.

Co-Presidents and Owners Paige Byrd and Elyssa Barksdale lead a team of talented individuals that strive to do incredible work not only with each, but for each other. Giving Immeasurably More for All is our mission and the heart of why we do what we do. Extending beyond our team to our clients and industry partners, it’s a concept established by Founders Kurt and Beth Thiel and multiplied over and over again by Thiel & Team’s culture of servant leadership.
