I bring over two decades of Owner Representation and Project Leadership & Management experience to the hospitality and commercial real estate, development and construction sectors. I use my extensive knowledge and background to provide Clients with the ability to accurately plan and forecast costs to ensure their projects are successfully delivered within internal budgets and schedules. I believe Owner Representation should embody a complete reflection of the Client’s dreams and goals for the asset and consider taking a very pro-active approach in upfront planning and managing the initial programming phases is vital to an effective design and the implementation and execution of successful project.
