In 1922, Shamrock was founded with 20 cows, a truck, and a dream. Today, we serve customers across the nation through our family of manufacturing and food distribution companies, including Shamrock Foods, the largest independent foodservice distributor in the West and Shamrock Farms, one of the largest family-owned dairies nationwide.

100 years later, we’re still family-owned, forward-thinking, and managed by the same principles of treating associates as family, and customers and suppliers as friends. And the values that brought us here are the same ones that will guide us into the future.
