We are an advisory, design, fit-out and management company that provides solutions to property funds and developers as well as private clients. Our commercial business works with the World’s largest property investors, enabling them to create assets that will drive yield and value.

We work with housebuilders to design the interiors of housing schemes including specifications across developments from sanitary wear, ironmongery and paint schedules through to delivering spectacular show-homes that will drive engagement and sales. Our private client business has worked on some of Ireland’s premier houses and delivered spectacular one-off projects.

H+G was established in 2005 to provide a range of expertise to the Built To Rent sector for schemes with the goal of attracting and retaining tenants while optimising return.
