Andalusia Design

All Andalusia products are designed parametrically. Our in-house design team leverages Grasshopper 3D to create highly flexible systems that can be modified in real-time, but stay bounded by manufacturing and engineering constraints. All installation features and materials used are standard, but we leave the surface design up to the architect.

It’s one thing to design cool systems virtually, but it’s another to turn them into great physical products that stand the test of time. Our in-house team of engineers and industrial designers ensure that all products have the right fit and finish for every application.

Andalusia’s factory has advanced metal digital fabrication and processing of aluminum and steel. Equipment includes a high-powered fiber laser for precision cutting and a large press brake for metal bending.

A large, multi-axis CNC wood router with automated infeed and outfeed is the anchor of Andalusia’s woodworking center, which includes painting, sanding and other finishing equipment.
