Interior Design
+ Fully understand the client brief and objectives
+ Confirm the design and operational direction
+ Develop the design into presentation formats
+ Co-ordinate the design with co-consultants
+ Agree procurement strategies
+ Prepare full interior design drawings and specification packages
+ Respond to pre and post tender queries
+ Monitor adherence to the design parameters during the construction phase
Procurement
+ Provide and appropriate pricing and procurement strategy tailored to specific project requirements
+ Agree budget allocations and identify lead items – key dates for fund release and methods of payment
+ Confirm schedules and drawings for all bespoke items
+ Monitor all orders through the payment system
+ Create a program for delivery and detailed inventory for installation
+ Analysis of cost savings
+ Respond to pre and post tender queries
+ Undertake snagging and defects management
