Studio Alliance is a design and architecture firm driven by our mission to transform projects into timeless spaces, employing people-first and vision-centric design strategies. Through timeless and functional design, we transform our clients’ ideas into remarkable spaces ranging from office and commercial to hospitality, and residential.

Our firm serves clients across the globe, bringing a diverse expertise encompassing all sectors of the built environment. In 2023, we embarked on a new chapter and adopted a new name – Studio Alliance – to continue our work as change agents and design innovators for our passionate clients.

True to the name “Alliance,” our goal is to foster authentic partnerships with our clients, using deliberate design as a tool to drive their mission. Our clients are our purpose, and nothing excites us more than seeing our work as a change agent for their visions. Studio Alliance is led by Principals Sherry Banaei, Creative Director, and Greg Weber, Innovation Director, with support from Associate Principals, Lauren Caraccio and Tom Mazcko.

We approach design with an unquenched curiosity. For our dynamic firm, there is no project too big, too fast, or too complex. With our talented principals engaged in every phase of the process, we rely on a personalized approach to tailor our designs to our clients’ needs.
