Important Dates:

Premier Sponsorship & Welcome Champagne Sponsorship tiers will close on Tuesday, March 18th for us to order the backdrop & custom napkins.

ALL other sponsorships close on March 27th to ensure our team is able to put together the slideshow presentation & signage prior to the event.

**All marketing details, including any slideshow content (based on your sponsorship level) and high-resolution PNG logos in black and white transparent backgrounds must be received by Friday, March 28th – no exceptions.**

Swag Bags:
Any sponsor who wants to be included must provide their product by Friday, March 28th, in order for us to create the swag bags. When you sign up for your sponsorship, our team will reach out with the address to ship / drop off your products.

To sign up for a Sponsorship*:
