There was even an obelisk like structure within, hence the adjacent art spire, designed by Rob de Oude. Erik Peterson, using his own creative interpretation, designed the canopy of the Spire Bar to evoke this spirit, but by no means duplicate it. The centerpiece, “the Flower”, was designed by Virserius Studio to juxtapose a soft curve against the orthogonal structure for a focal point.
