First we started with – The Intuitive Domain – AIA, IDCEC & HSW This topic was refreshing, directed at the designer’s senses. It talked about the importance that interconnectedness plays in our life and work. It encourages designers to observe beauty beyond the five senses. To discover that subliminal information and to access the beauty instilled in the intention and subtle energies from nature and how that increases our sensitivity. And utilize the unseen element of ‘hidden design’ that might optimize an interior and increase the quality of our work. Last but not least – Future of Shade – AIA/CES, GBCI & HSW Designers had the chance to explore the benefits of shade structures for personal health and UV protection as well as learn how it can positively impact the buildings’ thermal performance and energy efficiency. Please stay tuned for more future CEU’s. Join us to learn and network.
