With a growing emphasis on renovations, adaptive re-use, and new construction, retrofitting aging properties has become a common—yet complex—task in New England. Panelists will share regional insights and best practices for navigating the unique constraints of urban development in this market, offering valuable perspectives to the broader hospitality community.
