For over 30 years Spacia Group (formerly IMC Framed Art & Mirrors) has provided quality custom framed artwork & mirrors, including backlit and decorative mirrors to the hospitality industry. Our in- house Art Team creates, curates, and sources artwork. We work with top design firms in the industry providing fresh, cutting edge artwork that hits the mark for their design narratives.

At Spacia Group we consider our Sales Representatives a valuable part of our team. Our success in a specific territory is directly related to the “in the field” success of each rep, we therefore do everything we can to help our reps be successful.   • Fresh, creative, and quality products
  • On-time delivery: Art Packages, Estimates, & Orders
  • Unsurpassed Customer Service: prompt responses & follow-through, quick & effective issue resolution
  • Current sales samples and sales material, both digital & printed
  • Marketing support with direct mail, and social media
  • In the field training and support with customer visits & presentations
  • Effective communication: keeping in the loop on all pertinent correspondence, leads, & follow up
  • Maintain an up-to-date CRM database & systematic follow ups
  • Regular Sales, Backlog, and pipeline reports

We count on our Sales Representative to:

  • Collaborate closely & regularly with Client Account Manager
  • Promptly respond and follow-through (both with Spacia & Clients)
  • Coordinate with Spacia on follow up with pending opportunities
  • Assist in annual planning & forecasting, and execution of meeting/exceeding goals
  • List of targeted accounts & plan for development & growth
  • Regular communication and updates on progress in territory
  • Schedule & set-up regular customer visits with Spacia team
