Séura, as a result of its continued innovation and growth, has expanded its team with the addition of Susan Peltier as Hospitality Sales Manager. Séura seeks to continue to increase its visibility in the hospitality market and it is important to have a dedicated Sales Manager to drive that prominence and growth.
Peltier will help define the customer experience in the hospitality market and ensure customer expectations are exceeded. Her role will also include developing the hospitality sales strategy and managing its execution in order to continue Séura’s success within the hospitality industry. “Séura is in a position to ramp up its efforts in the hospitality market and in order to continue our growth, we felt it was necessary to have a Hospitality Sales Manager dedicated to this channel,” said Gretchen Gilbertson, CEO. “We know Susan will be able to use her initiative and problem-solving skills to work with internal and external teams to maintain current customer satisfaction levels, direct channel development activity and develop new opportunities for Séura,” said Gilbertson.
With a background as a General Manager for a local business as well as having been a design consultant for a high-end custom iron furniture company, Peltier has the experience needed to hit the ground running.
