    As President and Chief Creative Officer of Wynn Design & Development, Todd-Avery Lenahan leads the over ten- billion-dollar design and development portfolio for Wynn Resorts, the world’s only vertically integrated and exclusively Forbes Five Star hotel company. Prior to the 2019 merger of his TAL Studio firm with Wynn Resorts, his clients were the world’s preeminent international hotel development and operating brands and for 20 years his firm was ranked as one of the hospitality industry’s “Design Giants” and won over 100 international competitions. Before creating TAL Studio in 1999, Lenahan spent a decade with The Walt Disney Company, ultimately ascending to the role of Walt Disney Imagineering Principal of Design & Interior Architecture. Lenahan earned his degree in Architecture from The University of Texas at Austin after growing up in the Washington, D.C. area which he still considers his original hometown.

    Alan Benjamin, ISHC, is the founder and President of Benjamin West, the world’s leading hospitality FF&E and OS&E purchasing firm based in Boulder, with additional offices in Chicago, Dallas, Maryland, and London. Benjamin West provides purchasing and consultant services to owners, brands, and operators across 40 countries and six territories.

    Mr. Benjamin became a member of the International Society of Hospitality Consultants (ISHC) in 2000, and in partnership with the Hospitality Asset Managers Association (HAMA), he assisted the organization in determining the FF&E budgets for ISHC’s CapEx 2000 Study, then later co-chaired the CapEx Studies in 2007, 2014, & 2018, and served on the 2023 CapEx committee. He was honored to receive the ISHC Chuck Pinkowski Member Service Award in 2015 for his dedication to the ISHC organization.

    Alan has been published in The Wall Street Journal, Hotel News Now/CoStar, Hotel Investment Today, Hotel Management, and other industry media. His speaking engagements include all the major industry conferences. He currently holds membership with the ULI Hotel Development Council. Alan also served on the Board of Gifts-In-Kind International, now called Good360.

    Sarah Churchill joined 10 Design (formerly 10SB / SB Architects) in June 2025 as Director of Business Development, responsible for leading strategic growth initiatives focused on the Western and Central U.S. Regions. Operating from Denver and reporting to the San Francisco office, Sarah collaborates closely with leadership and travels frequently to deepen client relationships and broaden 10 Design’s footprint across hospitality, mixed-use, and other commercial sectors.

    Sarah brings over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, with deep expertise in CapEx planning, project strategy, and FF&E procurement. Before joining 10 Design, she led the Business Development team at Benjamin West, the world’s leading hospitality procurement firm, where she advised owners, asset managers, and project teams across the U.S. on setting critical budget and schedule benchmarks for millions of dollars of CapEx investments.

    Earlier in her career, Sarah held project management roles, where she managed over $100 million in FF&E purchasing for 4- and 5-star luxury hotel and resort properties. She progressed from Project Coordinator to Senior Project Manager, leading high-profile hospitality projects from concept through completion.

    Her insights have been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Hotel Investment Today, and Hotel News Now/CoStar, and she is a regular speaker at events including the HUNTER Hotel Investment Conference, HD Expo, and ULI Hotel Development Council. She has also served as a guest lecturer at Boston University’s School of Hospitality Administration.

    Sarah is an Associate Member of the International Society of Hospitality Consultants (ISHC) and the 2023 recipient of the ISHC Lori Raleigh Award for Emerging Excellence in Hospitality Consulting. She is also a long-standing member of the NEWH Rocky Mountain Chapter, where she previously served as Chapter President.

    She holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design with honors from East Carolina University.

    Previously, Ann managed design for the Caribbean & Latin America region, specializing in the All-Inclusive and Luxury Resort segment, delivering distinctive design to extraordinary destinations. Before joining Marriott International, she spent 13 years in Dallas designing luxury hotels across the Middle East and East Asia with globally recognized firms FlickMars and Wilson Associates.

    Greer’s design aesthetic was molded through extensive world travels and learning at a young age that listening is the key to any successful venture. Working with their sister companies- Brand Bottega and Lou Verne- she has worked with the executive team to expand services including branding, product development, art curation, and styling.     Greer resides in Austin, TX with her husband and 3 children enjoying all the outdoor activities and Tex Mex cuisine Austin has to offer. Beyond her family and design, her third passion is philanthropy. Greer is a founder of BvB Dallas which raises money and awareness for Alzheimer’s Disease. To date, BvB Dallas has provided $6.5 million for research and care initiatives in North Texas.

    Jeanne Varney serves as the Arthur Adler ’78 & Karen Adler ’78 Director of the Center for Real Estate and Finance and is a Senior Lecturer at The Peter and Stephanie Nolan School of Hotel Administration (Nolan), in the SC Johnson College of Business (College) at Cornell University. She resides in the Properties Development and Management department where she is responsible for the curriculum in Fundamentals of Hotel Development and Management, Hospitality Asset Management, Sustainable Development and Introduction to Sustainable Tourism. Jeanne has been a member of NEWH for 30 years and held many roles including participating in Martha’s Mentors as a Mentor, and International Past President for NEWH, Inc. Jeanne has chaired/co-chaired multiple industry Roundtables, chaired Nolan and College internal committees and advises many students, clubs, and student competitions. She is also a current member of the HAMA (Hospitality Asset Manager’s Association) and serves on the Education Committee. Jeanne holds an MBA from The George Washington University and a BS degree in Hotel Administration from Cornell University.
