“With decades of diverse design and management expertise across major brands in Hospitality, Retail & Visual Displays, F&B, and Corporate Workplace practices, Rosalie stands as a creative luminary passionately shaping human experiences within the built environment. In her role as a self-employed creative strategies consultant, her unique blend of talent and vision drives programming optimization, utilizing creative design solutions for brand marketing initiatives.

Excelling in grassroots networking and communication, Rosalie fosters trust-based relationships by understanding each client’s unique project opportunity and solving for their “WHY”.

Driven by a commitment to community and a focus on the next generation, Rosalie developed design education initiatives, launching the original Project Pipeline Programs for the NOMAtlanta Chapter as the emeritus Director of Community Outreach. A similar framework was introduced in 2022 during her initial year volunteering as the Co-Director of Programming for EID with the NEWH ATL Chapter. The Project Pipeline Program continues to spark interest among middle school and early career college students throughout Atlanta, GA, especially those who may not have considered careers in Architecture and Design as attainable. Feeding the pipeline is key.

In 2023, Rosalie developed and implemented the inaugural Student Internship Program for the A&D Studio, while employed at IHG Hotels & Resorts as a Brand Strategies Manager encouraging local HBCU students to apply. Presently, she continues to work in Academia as a professional mentor for emerging creatives at SCAD, advocating for the representation of the underrepresented communities in design especially in thought leadership roles.

As the 2024 Director of EID for the NEWH Atlanta Chapter, Rosalie aims to continue to enlighten the community on the values of EID while organically integrating our committee’s mission and goals through volunteerism. Rosalie wants to ensure her personal impact extends beyond design aesthetics, leaving a lasting legacy of inspiration and inclusivity through storytelling and shared experiences.”
