Lanée has been a very active member of the hospitality industry since 1998 when she became a project manager for one of the leading purchasing organizations in the country. Lanée became a sales representative in 2003.
As an independent sales consultant, Lanée’s firsthand purchasing experience gives her a unique sensitivity to timeline and budget demands. “Sales success in a service industry like hospitality means having the highest standards. Whether it’s a 700-room hotel or a 30-room hotel, customer service is paramount to creating satisfied customers.”

As a graduate from Sonoma State University with a BA in African-American Studies. She is passionate about being a mentor and a role model within the hospitality industry and her community.

Family is very important to Lanée. She loves spending time with her adult daugther and having Sunday, dinner with her mom and grandmother. She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, where she continues to work to make a difference in her community. Lanée is a Breast Cancer survivor. Her favorite poem is Our Deepest Fear by Marianne Williamson
