Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Independent Multi-line Hospitality Sales Representative. This role will focus on representing our company to multiple hospitality establishments including designers, purchasing agents, FF&E suppliers and owners/management companies and driving sales within a designated territory. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a proven track record in sales, and a passion for the hospitality industry.


  1. Develop and Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at hotels, resorts, event venues, and other hospitality establishments within the assigned territory.
  2. Sales Generation: Actively prospect for new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales growth for each represented establishment.
  3. Product Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of the services, amenities, and unique selling points of our company in order to effectively communicate and promote our services to potential clients.
  4. Client Management: Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth and development.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and management, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.


  1. Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the hospitality industry or related field.
  2. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information and negotiate with clients.
  3. Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  4. Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry contacts.
  5. Industry Knowledge: A passion for the hospitality industry and a solid understanding of market dynamics, trends, and customer preferences.
  6. Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  7. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software is preferred.
  8. Flexibility: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and work flexible hours, including tradeshows and local industry networking events.
