Position: Project Coordinator Procurement
Location/Department: Remote or Hybrid


Project Coordinator leads projects in collaboration with Project Managers and Team Leads for Procurement at DH Companies

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Planning, organizing, implementing, and executing project objectives pertaining to Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) and Operating, Supplies & Equipment (OS&E).
  • Coordinate DH Companies’ projects involving property expansions, renovations, new construction, design and recycling projects.
  • Reviews and ensures with their teams, the delivery and financial data integrity running the life cycle of a project.
  • Shares overall responsibility for executing multiple projects with Project Managers and Team Leads.
  • Ensures each project completes on time and within the contracted budget requirements.
  • The Project Coordinator is an essential member of the Procurement and Freight Team.
  • Handle other assignments as needed

  • 1-5 years related experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
