The COVID-19 situation is especially troubling with significant consequences across all sectors of society. Aggressive and preventative measures are being taken to protect our individual and collective health. This is an unprecedented situation which requires many of us to adjust our normal practices.

The health and safety of each NEWH member, as well as our larger hospitality community, is of utmost importance to us. After careful deliberation, and considering the information provided by the Centers for Disease Control and the World Health Organization about the coronavirus (COVID-19), our recommended protocol is to reschedule all NEWH events when possible over the next few months.

The NEWH Inc., leadership team and our Chapter/Region leaders are currently working to reschedule events that are planned in the immediate future and will notify of any changes as soon as details are confirmed. Our goal is to ensure safe and successful events for attendees, speakers and sponsors alike. We are taking into account that many companies are implementing travel restrictions out of extreme caution for the safety of our community.
