Design and specification – The conception, selection and implementation of the Interior Design portion of the project is very time consuming and detailed. Our ASID design team has the background and experience to specify the correct product for the application, meet franchise requirements, fire codes, and ADA needs.
Contract Purchasing, Project Management and Installation – Wholesale Commercial Interiors, Inc. coordinates ordering, expediting, logistical services and installation of furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E) with emphasis on the hospitality industry and senior living facilities.
Our FF&E specialists work with the designer and architect to develop a master plan to meet the overall construction schedule. The complexities, detail and responsibilities of purchasing FF&E require experience which can make the crucial difference in completing the project on time and on budget.
