With your questionnaire in hand we’ll schedule a phone call to discuss the scope of your project and then more specifically your ideas, wants and needs. We give you an overview of our process and discuss in detail budget, scheduling expectations, and our design fees. There is no charge for an in-person showroom consultation.

Upon acceptance of our design proposal and related fees, design starts with our field survey and progresses until you are satisfied with all elements of design and product selection. We welcome the opportunity to collaborate with other design professionals.

We’ll present a design for your space approximately 2-3 weeks after the field measure. The presentation will include drawings, a collage of finishes and a budget estimate for cabinetry, counter top materials, tile, appliances, and other finish materials. A labor estimate can be obtained from one of many contractors that we can refer or through one of your choosing.

Once the general timing of a job has been established, we’ll develop a schedule in conjunction with the contractor and place our orders accordingly.

We provide detailed installation drawings, lighting plans and appliance spec packages for each job. We can help with architectural and structural plans as needed for an additional fee. We supervise all our jobs and ensure that every detail is executed to your satisfaction.
