CEU Description:
WAC Lighting presents “LED 301, Emerging Technologies in Decorative LED Luminaires,” which is accredited by the AIA (American Institute of Architects), ALA (American Lighting Association), ASID (American Society of Designers), IIDA (International Interior Design Association) and IDC (Interior Designers of Canada). The CEU Course educates industry professionals on the latest LED advancements in Decorative Lighting.
The course features new technologies, materials and shapes and sizes, as well as new electronics developed for LED Luminaires including new driver technology, dimming and control capabilities, upgraded LEDs, usage and better output. Also reviewed are new standards for LED luminaires such as certifications, compliance and local laws and ordinances, as well as decorative and layered lighting techniques such as task, accent and ambient lighting.
What we enjoy most about LED lighting is that it can revolutionize design. Luminaires become cleaner and sleeker than before when we were limited to large and glaring lamp options. LED lighting enables people with a quality of lighting they never thought possible or knew they needed.

With a few years of experience in lighting industry, Rudy has an experience of Commercial as well was Contract division of the lighting industry. Last year, he was named as the company’s National Contract Sales Manager. His deep knowledge of the brand and understanding of lighting industry, combined with his sales experience in lighting and electronic manufacturing industries, prior to joining WAC Lighting/Modern Forms, give Rudy a unique perspective. His ability to share his expertise in emerging lighting technologies and interest in understanding each firm’s individual projects, allows him to work with designers, specifiers & architects in developing the right lighting solution to the toughest challenges.
