Sample Coordinator:
Purpose – to fulfill sample requests and provide excellent customer service to our clients.
Functions & Key activities:
- Process and ship sample requests daily (domestic and international), send tracking to the client and rep
- Coordinate sample collections for new launches
- Tag samples as needed
- Restock samples on shelves
- Maintain a clean and orderly library/environment
- Work with the warehouse as needed to fill requests and coordinate new collection launches
- Prepare and ship Rep road kits which can include full line sets or a new collection
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED
- Punctuality – must have a reliable for of transportation
- Shipping knowledge using carrier websites such as UPS and Fedex
- Team player
- Flexible in tasks and taking on new assignments as needed
- Organized
- Good communication and proven email experience
