Lime Tree Hospitality – Remote position

Lime Tree Hospitality manufactures high quality custom contract furniture for the hospitality industry. We work in collaboration with industry-leading hospitality design firms, purchasing firms, and hotel management companies to fabricate furniture that is unique to each hotel property. We craft furniture for various boutique properties to 5-star resorts such as Omni, Hilton, Kimpton, JW Marriot and Hyatt. Founded in 2008 and headquartered in Denver, CO our team consists of a combined 30 years of experience in various fields such as sourcing materials, construction techniques, project management and logistics.

We are looking to hire a project manager to join our Lime Tree team. Please review the qualifications listed below. This position is fully remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and process purchase orders
  • Work closely with the accounting department on all project invoices
  • Provide exceptional customer service to the client with weekly updates
  • Create timelines with the stakeholders and alert all parties of any delays
  • Communicate with a cross-functional team in multiple time zones
  • Request, upload and review all current project specifications and project samples
  • Ensure all milestones are completed on time from the stakeholders and manufacturing factories
  • Conduct meetings with design firms to review samples, drawings and pictures to make sure the design intent is captured correctly
  • Follow up with overseas team to receive weekly reports with updated production schedules
  • Provide ocean and air freight quotes for approval to the stakeholders
  • Coordinate shipping with our freight forwarder from our manufacturing factories to the stakeholder’s final destination
  • Oversee the project until goods delivered and provide all necessary closeout documents

Qualifications:

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel (2 years required)
  • Have exceptional people skills and a sense of humor (required)
  • Project Management experience (1-2 years required)
  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
  • Mac OS 1-2 years (preferred)
  • Quick learner with the ability to prioritize and problem solve efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills when speaking with clients
  • Extremely organized and able to juggle multiple tasks
  • Have a passion for furniture or design
