Thibaut Contract seeks dedicated and strategic Independent Hospitality Sales Representatives to represent Thibaut Contract wovens and wall coverings. The ideal candidates will possess a robust background in high-end non-competing products specifically tailored for the hospitality, commercial, and multifamily markets. A track record of success, complemented by established and flourishing relationships with hospitality designers, specifiers, and luxury hospitality brands, is essential for this role. Your expertise will help us continue to elevate the distinctiveness of our offerings in the hospitality industry.

The Ideal Rep:

  • You have a strong book of business and an extensive network in the architecture and design community, as well as among luxury hospitality brands and direct-to-property teams.
  • Prospecting for new business opportunities excites you, but you also enjoy connecting with our current customer base through in-person presentations and new product launches.
  • You are enthusiastic about traveling within your assigned territory, attending tradeshows, and attending local industry networking events.
  • You will collaborate closely with our talented project coordinators to generate formal quotes, streamline orders, and ensure smooth logistics operations.
  • You will be reporting directly to the Director of Contract

Qualifications:

  • Over 5 years of proven sales experience in high-end luxury furnishings.
  • A solid history of success in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong relationships with specifiers, designers and direct-to-property design teams.
  • Boasts strong relationships with high-end designers, luxury hospitality brands, and purchasers.

Compensation: Competitive 100% commission-based compensation structure.
