Outdoor Wellness Series for Vendor Reps

Designers have spoken, and we’ve listened—our clients are seeking more outdoor, wellness-focused activities! They want something casual, engaging, and different from the usual education, food, and drink-centered events. We held a hike in February, and it was a huge success! Everyone loved it!

We’re excited to launch a new series of outdoor wellness events, ideally every other month. These events are designed to be:

  • Outdoor
  • Easy and low-stress to plan
  • Casual in pace
  • Affordable
  • Free from formal sponsorship requirements

Although formal sponsorships aren’t needed, we still need your support! Vendor reps will register through this page, and during the week of the event, we’ll purchase tickets on the backend. I’ll send an email to coordinate the details. This collaborative funding model is a new way to bring our clients the events they want. We have more exciting outdoor events in the pipeline, and this method will help get them off the ground!

Example: Descanso Gardens Event

For the Descanso Gardens event, we’re capping designer tickets at 40. Adult tickets are $15, and student tickets are $11. Designers are welcome to bring their family and friends, but they’ll need to cover those tickets. There’s no cap on rep tickets.

If all 40 adult tickets sell, we’ll raise $600. With 10 reps registered, that’s just $60 per rep!

NEWH LA typically has a strong turnout from vendor reps, so we’re confident we can make this affordable for everyone. That said, I understand that some companies have tighter budgets. Please reach out if you have any concerns, and we can work with your budget. All reps will need to contribute something.

Marketing will give a shout-out on social media after the event to thank all the reps/vendors who helped make it possible.
