Join us for a relaxing Soundbath as the last NEWH LA Wellness event of the year! Be sure to bring a yoga mat, blanket(s), and a pillow if desired!

**This event will also kick off our community drive this year with Student Lunchbox. We will have 2 bins in the showroom for donations. Please review the list of acceptable items below and we encourage you to bring a donation. Help us feed college students this holiday season!**

5:30-6:30pm – Relaxing Tea Bar and healthy bites.
6:30-7:30pm – Soundbath
