NASIRI is seeking a Director/Account Manager to focus on Broadloom sales throughout the US.

This role focuses on business development, seeking to acquire new accounts and engage major clients for long-term partnerships. It involves creating and implementing long-term and short-term sales objectives to meet customer needs effectively.

What you’ll do:

  • To pursue major account prospects to broaden NASIRI’s reach in the broadloom arena.
  • To engage and convert these opportunities into active accounts, owning the conversion process throughout the lifecycle.
  • Address client concerns and ensure the resolution of issues promptly, with follow-up when appropriate.
  • Collaboratively develop strategic account plans with the NASIRI team
  • Engage pre-qualified prospects.
  • Develop sales models and staffing recommendations to drive business
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of current sales tools

What you have:

  • 4-year college degree in a related discipline is preferred.
  • 5-8 years of progressively responsible job-specific work and experience in the broadloom industry
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and operational efficiency.

What you’re good at:

  • A willingness to be a self-starter and set systems for sales with the support of the NASIRI team
  • Must possess strategic thinking / analytical skills. Strong problem-solving and attention to detail skills.
  • Be a solid presenter, a proven and competent closer, and an effective negotiator
  • Must be organized and structured.
  • Possess the ability to prioritize and manage multiple issues/projects at one time and communicate status and resolution effectively and promptly.
  • Must be IT literate regarding social networking, web research and use of CRM
  • Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint experience

Pay Rate:

This is a partnership role where substantial compensation will be allocated according to sales. Apply for further information regarding compensation. Qualifications will be a determining factor.
