Duties / Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within the hospitality, multifamily and other relevant outdoor furniture client industries within the assigned territory.
- Prospect for new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales growth for each represented establishment.
- Strive to learn and possess a deep understanding of the products, services, amenities, and unique selling points of our company to effectively communicate and promote our products and services to clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth and development.
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and management, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the hospitality industry or related fields.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information and negotiate with clients.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry contacts.
- Understanding of market dynamics, trends, and customer preferences.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory, attend tradeshows, and local industry networking events.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.
