CM Hospitality is seeking an experienced multi-line manufacturing sales representative for the Honolulu Market.
Qualifications Include:
- 5+ experience as sales representative for the hospitality industry
- Established relationships with key decision makers in procurement and architectural firms
- Excellent and positive communication skills in acting as a liaison from mill to clients/end-users
- Ability to positively represent the manufacture (CM) and help in any negotiations and troubleshooting efforts to win and maintain good customer experience.
- Experience in fostering larger program relationships with key hotel chain flags such as Choice Hotel, IHG, Hyatt, Etc.
- Extensive working knowledge of tufted commercial carpets and LVT products
- Successful record of managing and closing large hospitality flooring purchase order deals
- Expedient response time and flexibility to clients’ needs in tight deadline situations
