All the technical staff responsible for installing our products are regularly hired, insured, trained and certified for work at heights on balconies and terraces. (in compliance with art.77 and 105 of Legislative Decree 81/08 and subsequent amendments)

We design and manufacture in compliance with the UNI EN 13561 regulation with CE mark. The conformity of the product is given by tests carried out by a notified laboratory and by a production control which will guarantee the maintenance of the initial performances and characteristics over time.

Pergolas are particularly high quality products with great mechanical resistance to wind stress. The BT Group pergolas were subjected to load tests to determine wind resistance, demonstrating performance comparable to 9th on the Beaufort scale for all bioclimatic conditions and 8th degree for pergolas with retractable PVC sheeting.

The electrical systems, connected by our teams of professional electricians, are carried out and certified according to the standards required by law.

8 YEAR WARRANTY ON THE FABRICS OF THE TEMPOTEST COLLECTION
The warranty covers the anomalous and excessive degradation of the color and of the sun shielding capacity due to normal exposure to the action of the sun, salt and atmospheric agents in general. In the event of a proven defect in the fabric during the warranty period, a fabric equivalent to the compromised one will be provided for 100% of its value up to the 4th year from purchase. The 5th and 6th year discounted by 50%. The 7th and 8th year discounted by 30%.

5 YEAR WARRANTY ON THE STRUCTURES
The buyer is entitled to a total guarantee on awnings and aluminum structures for the first 2 years from the date of purchase, subsequently he will be entitled to 50% of the value of the goods for the 3rd year and 25% for the 4th year. of the value of the asset and in the 5th year at 10% of the value of the asset. The additional guarantee after the first 2 years is valid only if ordinary maintenance is carried out by qualified Brianzatende personnel, by the end of the 2nd year and every year thereafter. The costs deriving from the right to call and labor will be borne by the customer.

10 YEAR INSURANCE
The 10-year civil liability insurance covers any damage caused to things or people resulting from well-established causes relating to product defects.
