Design teams will present their entries – couture fashions crafted from scraps of tile, carpet samples and other reusable design elements donated by BDwest exhibitors. Garments are unveiled, cheered, judged and auctioned in a fun celebration of creativity and ingenuity. All proceeds benefit NEWH Orange County and Los Angeles Founding Chapter in support of scholarship, education and programming.
